Start in 2026 SpringMission Produce is a global leader in the avocado business, offering a summer internship program to provide hands-on experience in the fresh produce industry. Interns will gain exposure to key departments and collaborate on projects, including designing a booth for the Ventura County Fair and presenting an innovation project.

Responsibilities
Gain exposure to key departments such as Domestic Sales, Export Sales, Global Sourcing, and Inventory Management
Collaborate to design Mission’s booth for the Ventura County Fair
Present a capstone 'field-to-fork' innovation project that showcases creativity and industry insight
Qualification
Required
Positive and proactive mindset with a strong sense of enthusiasm and initiative
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program at an accredited university
Eligible to work in the United States prior to start date
Effective communicator who enjoys presenting to large groups of people
Willing to work in cold conditions from 38°F to 50°F and hot conditions, if working in the packing facility
Preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Excel is a plus
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
