They are seeking a Growth Lead who is strategic and data-driven to implement growth plans that attract new customers, retain existing ones, and increase revenue.

Responsibilities

Make and carry out detailed plans for growth in all areas, such as acquisition, activation, retention, referral, and revenue
Work with teams from marketing, product, sales, and engineering to make sure that growth plans are in line with business goals
Look at how users act, what the market is doing, and how well your campaigns are doing to find ways to grow and make them better
Push for customer segmentation and personalization to get more people to interact with your brand and increase its lifetime value
Lead and coach a growth team, encouraging a culture of new ideas and constant improvement
Keep stakeholders up to date on growth performance, insights, and key metrics on a regular basis

Required

At least two years of proven experience in growth marketing, growth hacking, or a similar field
Experience managing projects and leading teams from different departments
Proven ability to bring in new users and increase revenue
The ability to think outside the box and try new things
Great at talking to people and being a leader

It helps if you know how to use SaaS, e-commerce
