They are seeking an intern for their Project Management department to support the Project Manager in the day-to-day operations of a major project, assisting in various tasks including project planning and documentation.

Responsibilities

Assist in development of scope of work and project planning documentation

Organize meetings with third-party engineering, vendors, and project team members

Assist in the evaluation of technical bids and proposals, organizing bid tabulations, etc

Review data quality of third-party engineering deliverables

Assist in preparation of reports and ad hoc tasks as requested by the PM

Qualification

Required

Students actively enrolled in an approved bachelor's or master's Mechanical Engineering program with expected graduation date of December 2025- May 2027
