Arc is building the future of business finance and is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative to join their Cash Management team. This role involves engaging with companies to provide cash management solutions and contributing to business strategy and growth while working closely with the executive team.

Responsibilities

Perform 100+ activities across email, phone, and LinkedIn daily to target qualified CFOs and CEOs at companies likely to need Arc’s cash management solution

Qualify inbound borrowers from various channels

Schedule 12+ meetings per week for the Relationship Manager team

Create 6+ opportunities per week for the Relationship Manager team

Sit in on client calls, take notes, and own part of the client follow up communications

Ensure deals stay on track by routinely following up with active leads and opportunities

Improve the SDR motion by helping document key processes, improve forecast, and increase sales velocity

Constantly learn about debt products and sales methodology alike
