Responsibilities

Objectively inspects and audits the work of others; ensuring the applications are free of errors
Differentiates between client specific standards, procedures, and requirements
Tracks projects according to client and company procedures from inception to approval
Follows, interprets, and applies NESC standards as well as specific standards where applicable
Responds to inquiries promptly and with courtesy
Creation of base maps, including page layouts, scale, and match lines

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Demonstrated knowledge of the permitting process
Professional experience in AutoCAD
Strong Critical Thinking skills and Attention to Detail
Work independently with little to no supervision
Proficient with Microsoft Office products and routine office equipment
Familiarity with easements and right-of-ways
Basic understanding of CAD drafting software
Must be able to operate a motor vehicle and have a valid driver's license

This job operates in a professional office environment with routine use of office equipment; however, in some instances it will be necessary to visit the job site and be exposed to outdoor weather conditions
There is no anticipated overnight travel for this position. Some local day travel may be required
