Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction for MMA UMW’s Financial Institution placements

Lead delivery of Financial Institution XLP resources to the region

Participate on any national Financial Institution Center of Excellence (COE)

Play a critical role in agency retention efforts

Provide technical expertise to employees in the Executive Liability Practice

Partner with operations and sales leaders to continually enhance the client experience for MMA’s Financial Institution clients and prospects

Qualification

Required

10+ year's insurance experience including strong knowledge of Management Liability lines from a sales and underwriting perspective

Bachelor's degree in related field

Strong business acumen and ability to lead others

Must be detailed with excellent organizational, project planning and management skills

Good interpersonal skills and high sense of urgency

Excellent listening, written and verbal communication
