Responsibilities
You will collaborate with backend engineers, designers, and product managers to build new features and lead the expansion of Tarro into new verticals
You will be working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment where you will always be learning
You will solve real business needs by turning product ideas into engineering solutions
You will participate in every step of the product development process with an open and curious team
You will be metrics and data-driven and thinking creatively to help Tarro scale and prepare for the new verticals we will enter
You will help to establish and influence engineering processes, tools, and systems that will allow us to scale the code base and accelerate product velocity
You will actively collaborate with other leaders to source and recruit the best talent for Tarro
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience as a Frontend Engineer
Fluency in HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and related web technology
Deep understanding of at least one modern front-end framework (React and NextJS preferred)
Ability to work directly with stakeholders and understand product needs
Strong problem-solving and iterative development skills
Passion for building great user experiences and achieving real-world impact
Preferred
Passion for the restaurant industry or restaurant technology
Experience building products from 0 to 1 in an unstructured environment
Roll up your sleeves mentality with current or prior experience working in a fast paced, collaborative, highly ambiguous environment frequently wearing more than one hat
