Provide personalized travel support and recommendations tailored to client needs
Design customized vacation packages, including resorts, cruises, excursions, and tours
Manage the end-to-end booking process to ensure seamless travel experiences
Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and follow-up
Stay current with travel industry trends, destinations, and emerging opportunities
Qualification
Required
Genuine passion for travel and customer service excellence
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Must be 18+ with reliable internet and a dedicated workspace
Preferred
Prior experience in customer service or travel (a plus, but not required)
