Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of scalable, high-value enterprise data products by driving agile-based execution, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholders’ alignment. Will be responsible for building roadmaps, backlog management and overall delivery
Lead cross-functional squads including data engineers, analysts, and domain SMEs to deliver high-quality, governed, and reusable data assets on modern platforms
Foster strong relationships across Technology and the business taking the time to understand specific needs of the business and aligning technology strategy with organizational objectives
Fostering a culture of data ownership, literacy, and measurable value through consistent stakeholders’ engagement and delivery of consumable data services
Partner with data governance team to ensure data quality, lineage, and metadata integration are embedded into every data product, supporting traceability, discoverability, and compliance with enterprise governance policies
Proactively identify, assesses, and mitigate data delivery and usage risks, ensuring adherence to internal controls, data privacy regulations and enterprise risk management frameworks
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and 10 plus years of experience in MDM including Enterprise Data Warehouse and Customer Analytics
10+ years of experience in data products ideation, analysis and delivery within banking, financial services or regulated industries
Expertise in Informatica MDM SaaS strongly preferred
Proven track record of writing user stories, agile data product delivery across cross-functional teams using frameworks such as Scrum, SAFe, or Kanban
Strong knowledge on data governance, data quality, and metadata management principles aligned to regulatory and risk/compliance standards
Good understanding of modern data technologies (Snowflake, AWS, DBT, Data Warehouse, Marts etc.) and hands-on experience delivering scalable, governed data solutions
Excellent communication, written and oral presentation with a proven ability to foster a culture of data literacy and accountability
Excellent domain knowledge on KYC and other onboarding processes in banking as it pertains to customer mastering
Strong analytical and creative data analysis skills coupled with thoroughness and attention to detail is desired
Action oriented change agent mentality with a strong drive for results
Preferred
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Information Systems, or related field; certifications in Agile, SAFe, or data management preferred
