Responsibilities
Actively participate in exciting projects, helping ensure they are completed on or ahead of schedule and on or under budget
Assist in writing and negotiating contracts and change orders
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other project partners
Contribute to the development and management of production schedules
Support the project team in delivering a final product that delights clients and exceeds expectations
Learn and implement best practices in the construction industry through real-world challenges
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a similar construction program
A GPA of 3.0 or higher
Strong communication and organizational skills
Eagerness to learn and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
A desire to take initiative, problem-solve, and contribute to successful project outcomes
Preferred
Previous industry experience is a plus, but not required
