Able to work with some supervision while maintaining communication with team members
Qualification
Required
High School Graduate
Excellent technical and design skills
Ability to work independently
Self-motivated
Ability to engage in the design process developing ideas, creating renderings, & preparing design presentations
Ability to develop design documentation including plans, sections, elevations, & details
Ability to evaluate material options and coordinate with consultant team
Ability to participate in construction site visits and assist with field reports, RFIs & submittal review
Ability to work with some supervision while maintaining communication with team members
