They are seeking a Parts Sales Manager who will be responsible for managing both Outside and Inside Parts Sales staff, developing sales strategies, and ensuring high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the overall management of Outside Parts Sales and Inside Parts Sales staff
Responsible for managing, monitoring, and training all outside sales staff to be a profitable, productive, and effective sales force in the market area of responsibility
Work to motivate all parts personnel inclusive of Parts Manager to provide high levels of customer service
Responsible for facilitating positive and productive interaction between the sales staff and the remainder of the parts department personnel
Responsible for the preparation of sales strategies, assignment of territories and the development of marketing plans for the parts department
Responsible for active involvement with day-to-day sales efforts and sales staff
Work cohesively with the Parts Manager to ensure profit and efficiency of the department
Responsible for overall customer service relative to both internal and external customers
Responsible for fostering cohesion between the parts department and other dealership departments
Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
A high school diploma and/or GED required
Combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skill and abilities
Minimum of five years' experience in a Dealership
A valid driver's license is required
Certification of ability to operate a forklift is required
Preferred
Training in a Dealership environment preferred
Three years in management preferred
