Responsibilities

Oversee and ensure the integrity and completeness of reports and correspondence packages

Proactively manage tasks within the organization to drive timely completion

Monitor the Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS)

Ensure effective communication of senior leadership decisions

Maintain correspondence control systems for classified and unclassified documents

Develop and implement records management policies

Support the transition to an electronic records management environment

Provide high-level administrative support to senior staff

Apply the ability to work under pressure

Manage multiple priorities

Handle sensitive information effectively

Required

10+ years of recent and relevant experience providing high-quality support to Executive-level personnel in fast-paced and complex environments

Bachelor's degree

Proven experience in correspondence management and coordination, with a focus on drafting and reviewing documents for senior leadership

Strong knowledge of records management practices and demonstrated skills in training and process improvement

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership and external organizations

Active DoD TS/SCI clearance

Able to work fully onsite based on client needs

Preferred

Experience working within the DoD or familiarity with military protocols, policies, and operations

Proficiency with office automation tools and project management software, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of documentation and task tracking

Familiarity with National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) requirements for records management
