Responsibilities
Ensure we are solving business problems with a balance between immediate customer needs and building long-term capabilities that meet the needs of multiple teams
Connect frequently with internal customers in Applied Science and AI application teams to deeply understand their day-to-day needs, validating solutions with feedback in product discovery
Mentor and help grow the careers of PMs on your team, instilling PM best practices and building PM talent pipelines
Lead one sprint team to mature one of our flagship AI platform capabilities
Set the strategic direction and coordinate roadmaps that are owned by PMs on your team
Partner with Engineering leadership to shape the long-term technical strategy for AI infrastructure
Ensure we understand and meet product requirements around scalability, reliability, usability, observability, efficiency, and performance standards
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in software product management with 3+ years owning platform-level AI capabilities used by internal ML, applied science, or application teams
Ensure we are solving business problems with a balance between immediate customer needs and building long-term capabilities that meet the needs of multiple teams
Connect frequently with internal customers in Applied Science and AI application teams to deeply understand their day-to-day needs, validating solutions with feedback in product discovery
Mentor and help grow the careers of PMs on your team, instilling PM best practices and building PM talent pipelines

Preferred
Experience successfully managing a team of Product Managers
Professional experience with ML Ops (including working throughout the model lifecycle), AI tooling, generative AI, and LLMs
