Responsibilities

Planning, directing, and executing transportation project portfolio
Leading a multidiscipline design team to complete tasks within established schedules & budgets
Advancing business development strategies
Developing and delivering technical presentations to stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and/or the public

Qualification

Transportation design experienceTechnical design skillsProject management skillsBentley design softwareClient engagement skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering
Demonstrated progressive experience as an engineer and a project manager in the transportation design field
Demonstrated knowledge of transportation projects
Strong client facing project manager with skills delivering design projects for local area clients
Skilled in developing and delivering technical presentations to stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and/or the public
Well-rounded technical design skills encompassing all contributing disciplines

Preferred

Experience utilizing Bentley design software such as Open Roads Designer
Experience in assisting with business development effort in leading client engagement efforts as well as identifying opportunities to grow a pipeline
