Responsibilities

Collaborate & Create: Work closely with our engineers and product managers to understand and implement technical and business requirements

Innovate & Analyze: Dive deep into product domain requirements and identify opportunities to reuse common elements across product lines, driving efficiency and innovation

Design & Implement: Craft logical models for product families, supporting our groundbreaking mass customization business

Set Standards & Inspire: Help establish and uphold high standards and guidelines for rules development, ensuring excellence in every detail

Champion of Quality: Lead by example to promote best practices, clean designs, smart testing, and comprehensive reviews. Your influence will shape our processes and outcomes

Test & Excel: Develop and execute thorough test plans, ensuring our product rules exceed both internal and customer expectations

Mentor & Grow: Share your expertise with junior systems engineers, coaching them to develop reliable, testable, and extensible product rules

Impact: Partner with downstream departments, including Manufacturing and Operations, to ensure seamless integration and success

Required

Minimum 5+ years experience in a related field required

Preferred

Prior experience with Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Configurators or the writing of Configurable Product Rules preferred
