Responsibilities
Contacting sellers within the equine and livestock industries and educating them on our products and services
Explaining our websites and how to enter their own information along with also entering their listings for them
Handling in-bound and outbound customer calls, and email communications
Gathering information on shows and meetings in the industry
Researching the equine and livestock industries and the proper way to list the information on our site
Providing feedback from the industry
Building solid relationships with members of the industries we serve
Focusing on customer service and sales
Assisting in the implementation of various tasks
Working as a team to help assure the success of the websites and publications
Assuming other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Experience or knowledge in the equine industry
Ability to commute when scheduled to the local office
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Able to work independently and communicate within a team environment
Results oriented
Flexible and open to change
Stable and progressive work history
Professional appearance and demeanor
