Prepare a wide range of baked goods including breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, and seasonal or specialty items
Follow standardized recipes and store guidelines to ensure consistent quality, texture, and taste
Take customer orders and provide excellent customer experience
Qualification
Required
Strong oral and written communication skills
Commitment to providing excellent customer service
Attention to detail
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Must meet minimum age requirements in accordance with federal, state, and local laws
Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1-3 years of experience in bakeoff, retail, or food service/prep
