Responsibilities

Influence high-profile water projects and mentor future leaders

Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and technical reports

Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic modeling using industry-standard software

Perform site assessments and field investigations

Develop project scopes, cost estimates, and feasibility studies

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development

Support proposal development and client presentations

Support business development efforts and proposal preparation

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

Professional Engineer (PE) license

8+ years of design and CADD workstation experience

Proven project management experience with client-facing responsibilities

5+ years of experience in water resources engineering

Proficiency in HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS, XP-SWMM, and GIS

Strong communication and project management skills

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment

Preferred

Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

2D modeling experience

Proficiency in MicroStation ORD, and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D
