Acra Lending is a growing company specializing in alternative income loan products. They are seeking experienced Non-QM Account Executives in Dallas, Texas, who will be responsible for developing a plan to onboard mortgage brokers, maintaining an active sales pipeline, and ensuring complete documentation for broker and loan approvals.

Responsibilities

Become a subject matter expert, knowledgeable in all Acra Lending products and programs, basic eligibility parameters, and pricing
Develop and execute an effective prospecting plan for bringing mortgage brokers onboard
Prepare call lists and take appropriate actions to draw in and sustain business
Win business through deepening contact networks within new and existing accounts
Submit clean and complete documentation for all broker and loan approvals
Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline
Other duties as assigned

Required

Four-year bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with focus on finance, real-estate, marketing, sales, or equivalent
Sales experience is required
Current and non-restricted driver's license and adequate car insurance
Knowledge and understanding of Microsoft office products, word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint, etc
Knowledge and understanding of web search via popular search engines, Google, Bing, etc
Aggressive, go-getter attitude and epic closing skills

Preferred

High school diploma recipient
Mortgage experience strongly preferred
