Responsibilities
Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers across the stack to build and continuously improve trading-related features
Develop and maintain performant, scalable user interfaces across mobile and web
Take ownership of projects end-to-end, working independently while seeking guidance from senior peers and managers as needed
Communicate status, updates, blockers, etc., to cross-functional stakeholders
Respond to incidents as part of an on-call rotation
Participate in RFC and code review
Qualification
Required
4+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer
Strong technical background building consumer- or user-facing applications at scale using React/React Native
Experience moving across the stack when needed (Python and Solidity)
You're comfortable working through the product lifecycle, partnering closely with Designers, Engineers, and Product Managers to bring ideas to life
You have a strong product sense and keep user needs front and center when building and improving features
Familiarity with crypto features and concepts
A desire to keep up with modern best practices in software development and Web3
EU or U.S. (EST) time zone
