Required

5–7 years of experience building web applications from scratch
Experience designing/architecting scalable and resilient backend applications
In-depth knowledge of Python and/or Node/TypeScript
Strong fundamentals in Python and/or JavaScript
Solid exposure to microservices architecture
Experience with frameworks like Django, Flask, or similar
Hands-on work with at least one public cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Experience integrating & deploying ML/DL models
Knowledge of containerization concepts (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
Familiarity with Agile/rapid development processes
A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is typically required
Several years of experience scaling a B2B product organization

Preferred

Experience leading a team of developers (mentoring, code reviews, ensuring quality/deliverables)
Ability to translate stakeholder business needs into actionable development requirements
Familiarity with visualization libraries
Exposure to AI/ML and data analytics frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace)
Experience with databases such as Postgres, Elasticsearch (ELK), or GraphDBs (Neo4j, TigerGraph)
Exposure to OpenAI APIs
Worked with Kafka, ActiveMQ, and/or Redis
