Responsibilities
Rapidly design, implement, and evaluate growth experiments across onboarding, funnels, and viral loops
Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure growth initiatives align with the brand’s creative identity
Use analytics tools (Posthog or similar) to measure outcomes, track performance, and inform iteration
Work across the stack, from frontend UI adjustments to backend instrumentation
Establish and shape growth engineering best practices as the first hire dedicated to this area
Qualification
Required
Proficient in at least three creative tools or has built one before
Strong track record of shipping rapid experiments, running A/B tests, and driving measurable growth
Proficiency with Posthog or comparable quantitative tracking tools
Ability to move between frontend and backend tasks with ease
Advanced skills in React, JavaScript/Typescript, HTML, CSS, and modern build systems (Webpack, ES6, etc)
Experience with Node.js and production JavaScript backends
5+ years in engineering roles, ideally with exposure to growth/product engineering
