Responsibilities
Build and ship user-facing features and web applications in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
Develop and enhance our Chrome extension
Collaborate with design, product, and ML teams to define and execute the product roadmap
Improve conversion funnels through analytics, user discovery, and SEO optimization
Work directly with clients and power users from academia, marketing, and publishing to understand needs and iterate quickly
Design robust, maintainable software with comprehensive test coverage and monitoring
Contribute to hackathons and cross-functional collaboration sessions
Qualification
Required
3+ years of frontend development experience with modern JS frameworks (React.js, Next.js, TypeScript)
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and web performance optimization
Proven ability to collaborate closely with design teams for seamless UI/UX integration
Experience working on high-traffic products or in fast-paced startup environments
Track record of shipping high-quality features quickly
Highly motivated to make positive societal impact
Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field (or equivalent experience)
US work eligibility or visa (H-1B transfer available)
Preferred
Open-source portfolio
Basic Figma design skills
Experience in early-stage startups
On-page SEO optimization expertise
