Responsibilities
Own and grow an insurance agency that serves new and prospective AAA Members
Sell property and casualty, life insurance and AAA memberships along with other products, to a well-defined and loyal client base
Provide assistance on how to successfully launch and develop their agency into a sustainable and profitable business year over year
Follow a detailed deployment plan providing guidance to ensure compliance with AAA protocols and standards
Benefit from in-person and virtual training in core business skills, sales, customer service, products and systems
Secure licensed staff, manage financials and cash flows, develop, and modify a business plan

Business or industry-relevant experience
