Responsibilities

Performing legal research

Gathering and analyzing of documents

Prepare and file state registration documents

Assist with arbitration/trial scheduling and preparation

Prepare and file SEC documents

Manage substantial caseload

Interact with firm personnel, outside counsel, and external vendors

Drafting documents, correspondence, and summaries

Preparing deposition and trial exhibits

Qualification

Securities law knowledgeLitigation experienceSecurities arbitration experienceDocument management systemsMicrosoft Office proficiencyAnalytical skillsCommunication skills

Required

3 years' experience in litigation or the securities industry required

Strong knowledge of federal and state securities law, SEC and FINRA

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong analytical skills

Highly proficient in Microsoft Office

A minimum of a 4-year college degree or relevant work equivalent

Preferred

Securities arbitration/litigation experience preferred

Familiarity with document management systems is desirable
