Software Engineer, Intern (Summer 2026)
Glean is the Work AI platform that helps organizations work smarter with AI. As a Software Engineer intern, you will design, develop, and maintain software solutions while owning a high-impact project from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Own a scoped, high-impact project end to end - from defining the problem and writing a design, to building, testing, launching, and measuring outcomes
Ship production-quality code that is reliable, well-tested, and maintainable, with thoughtful code reviews and iterative feedback
Learn quickly and contribute across the stack based on your interests - backend services, product engineering, ML/AI/search, infrastructure, security, and more
Work closely with people both within and beyond your team while having fun along the way
Qualification
Required
Graduating in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027 with a B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science or equivalent program
A team player, a strong desire to learn, and an owner mentality
Comfortable working in a fast paced, data-driven environment
Interested in something in the realm of Backend, Infrastructure, Security, UI/full-stack, or ML/NLP/Search
Prior internship experience in one or more of the areas above
Strong foundation in CS and software development fundamentals
