Responsibilities
Lead and Manage Lending Operations: Oversee the Business Banking team composed of Relationship Managers, Portfolio Managers and Operations to ensure effective loan processing, underwriting, and service delivery
Drive Business Development: Manage and Expand existing Clients while Cultivating new client relationships to align lending solutions with customer needs
Ensure Regulatory and Credit Compliance: Monitor loan quality and adherence to credit and regulatory standards, leveraging deep credit and underwriting knowledge
Qualification
Required
10 years' progressive experience in multiple platforms of commercial lending, including underwriting, credit analysis, and sales
Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a banking environment
History of Laser Pro, Microsoft Office and related lending systems
