Responsibilities

Ownership of Accounts: You will be the primary point of contact and relationship owner for accounts within your territory
Territory and Account Planning: Develop comprehensive territory and account plans, and proactively drive outbound pipeline generation independently
Ensure Successful Adoption: Work with the CS team to ensure the adoption of Haus within these accounts through account management. Coordinate closely with sales engineering & customer success, to guarantee client satisfaction
Elevate Haus’s Visibility: Increase Haus’s visibility and communicate our value proposition effectively to Vice Presidents and C-Suite executives within these accounts
Collaboration with Solutions Engineers: Work closely with your solutions engineer counterpart to deliver both business and technical value to prospects and customers
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including product, data science, marketing, and engineering to align our offerings with customer business needs effectively

Required

5+ Years of (closing) Sales Experience
You have a demonstrable track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota expectations
You possess the expertise to navigate consultative sales cycles with Executive-level stakeholders at Fortune 500 companies
You are comfortable working within a startup environment that is constantly evolving
Demonstrated ability to be able to cross-sell within your book of business
Travel: expected 25% as needed
Entrepreneurial and Self-Motivated: You are driven and proactive, taking ownership of your role and responsibilities
Passion for Learning and Growth: You are enthusiastic about continuous learning and personal development at Haus
Intellectual Curiosity and Ambition: You have a hunger for knowledge and strive for ambitious goals
Excellent Communication: Your written and spoken communication skills are outstanding
