Responsibilities
Craft and evolve Etched’s voice — clear, technical, and unmistakably bold
Run our content engine: blog posts, videos, memes, product drops, you name it
Own the website — our most important surface — and keep it sharp and current
Lead our presence across X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and wherever our people live
Architect launch strategies that get noticed and remembered
Shape how we show up in the world: meetups, conferences, moments that matter
Partner with engineers, product, recruiting, and leadership to make it all land
Work with outside creatives — design, video, PR — to raise the bar even higher
Define and track what matters: attention, clarity, influence
Qualification
Required
Have led high-impact growth or brand work at early-stage startups
Can explain complex technical products without watering them down
Write clearly, quickly, and with a point of view
Have run campaigns across brand, content, and paid/performance channels
Move fast, iterate often, and don't wait for permission
Use (and experiment with) modern AI tools to boost your own productivity
Are energized by big tech shifts and aren't afraid to challenge conventional GTM playbooks
Have worked in AI infra, semiconductors, or deep tech hardware/software
