Mid LevelCapgemini is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst – AWS SDET to lead and execute structured software testing initiatives across AWS-based and contact center applications. This role involves driving test planning, execution, and governance to ensure high-quality, scalable systems.

Responsibilities
Execute complex, reliable software quality assurance processes including test design, planning, scripting, and execution
Perform system and problem analysis for both project and sustainment workloads
Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, cases, and automated/manual scripts for functional, regression, and release testing
Support test planning and execution for capital projects using different software development methodologies
Create and maintain regression test suites; contribute to functional, compatibility, and infrastructure testing efforts
Develop and implement QA standards, processes, and documentation to support repeatable and traceable testing practices
Collaborate with product owners and analysts to ensure designs meet quality criteria
Provide QA process guidance to other team members and contribute to overall quality assurance governance
Monitor testing performance, identify gaps, and make recommendations for improvement in tools, processes, and execution
Qualification
Required
Deep knowledge of test automation frameworks
CI/CD integration
Cloud monitoring tools

Develop, maintain, and execute test plans, cases, and automated/manual scripts for functional, regression, and release testing

Proficiency in test automation frameworks: Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integration
Hands-on experience with AWS services
Familiarity with cloud monitoring tools
Experience with contact center technologies and telephony systems
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to work across product, QA, and development teams
Experience developing testing standards and governance protocols
Skilled in both project-based and sustainment testing efforts
Effective communicator and documentation writer
Core Expertise: Software Quality Assurance, Test Automation, Regression Testing, AWS-based Application Testing, Contact Center Technology
Languages & Frameworks: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright
Build & Testing Tools: Jenkins, CI/CD Pipelines, TestRail, Cloud Monitoring Tools
