Web Analytics Manager

Responsibilities
Lead the implementation, configuration, and governance of enterprise-level analytics tools including SQL- based reporting, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Google Analytics 4
Manage data collection, validation, and quality assurance processes to ensure accurate, reliable analytics data
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to provide actionable insights to business stakeholders
Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to define KPIs, measurement frameworks, and data-driven strategies that optimize customer experiences and campaign performance
Conduct funnel analysis, conversion tracking, and segmentation analysis to identify opportunities for improved engagement and conversion rates
Ensure compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and internal data governance policies
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior analytics team members, supporting their professional growth and skills development
Translate analytics findings into clear recommendations for business and technical stakeholders, balancing strategic insights with tactical action
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in digital analytics or data analysis roles, ideally with a mix of hands-on implementation and team management
Strong proficiency with Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, Adobe Launch / DTM, Google Analytics 4, GTM, and Tealium
Experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI
Proficient in SQL, Python, or similar programming/data manipulation languages
Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and mentor junior team members
Knowledge of SEO, paid media, and web optimization principles is a plus
Excellent communication skills; able to translate complex analytics into actionable business insights
Preferred
Experience with A/B testing, personalization, or attribution modeling
Prior exposure to enterprise marketing technology stacks and large-scale analytics implementations
Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and privacy regulations
