Responsibilities

You will be integral in making our Accounting Services and Controllership group a well-oiled machine

From researching complex accounting treatments and monitoring internal controls, to enhancing reconciliation quality and updating policies, our team’s work ensures we stay compliant with U.S. GAAP while continuously improving efficiency

You will participate in enhancements to monthly close and quarterly reporting as well as special projects that connect the dots between technical accuracy, strong controls, and streamlined processes—building a foundation that supports reliable financial reporting across the organization

Required

Bachelor's degree in accounting

3+ years of accounting experience or 2+ years in public accounting

CPA license or willingness to pursue it

Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and exposure to accounting research

Intermediate Excel skills

Curiosity about technical accounting research and interest in developing data analytics skills

Effective communication and teamwork skills

Preferred

Experience in financial reporting, internal controls, technical accounting, or auditing

Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, Data models) and SQL

Familiarity with OneStream and Power BI
