Responsibilities
Organize files and documents
Support staff members in the organization by completing tasks as delegated
Complete basic engineering calculations for review by other team members
Responsible for reviewing their own work to ensure completeness and quality
Communicate effectively with team members
Be a productive and cooperative member of the team
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Ability to learn new software quickly
Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing internally and externally
Ability to listen, understand and retain information and ideas presented verbally and in writing
Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
University student with a focus in Civil or Architectural Engineering
Experience with AutoCAD and Revit a plus
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite
Part-time/Flexible schedule; 10-20 hours preferred
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
Must be able to visit project sites as necessary for troubleshooting and to ensure engineering quality
Applicants must be legally authorized to work for RLG Consulting Engineers in the U.S. without employer sponsorship

Graduate or Upperclassmen preferred; Freshmen or Sophomore may apply
