Responsibilities

Creating quality assurance processes and implementing controls within all the processes described below
Conducting leave audit reviews and validation, time and attendance (GovTA), NFC, FHR Navigator (service history calculator) and leave programs applications
Conducting review of death cases pay outs and separations, and retirement actions in GovTA, NFC, electronic official personnel folder (eOPF) and separations applications
Conducting review of service computation dates and corrections of leave balances in GovTA, NFC, FHR Navigator, and eOPF applications
Conducting review of military deposits and civilian service deposits in NFC and eOPF applications and FHR Navigator
Conducting review of re-employed annuitants appointments in NFC, eOPF, and OPM applications and FHR Navigator
Conducting review of intermittent, Not To Exceed (NTE) and temporary appointments in NFC, eOPF applications, and FHR Navigator
Conducting review of leave without pay (LWOP) and military leave benefits in NFC, eOPF, and GovTA applications
Conducting review of eOPF records for USCO employees
Conducting reviews of position description actions in Position Description Classification Application and NFC
Conducting review of hiring actions in the Hiring Management System and NFC
Conducting reviews of awards, transit subsidy, telework, assignments and transactions in AskHCD, onboarding, and workforce performance management applications

Required

A Bachelor's degree in a related area and at least five years in Federal Human Capital support activities in all performance areas of the requirements. An additional two years of service may be substituted for education
Advanced experience and expertise in providing support to Federal Human Capital support services in accordance with Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and agency-specific guidance and regulations
Must have demonstrated working experience with systems including National Finance Center (NFC) personnel and payroll providers
Working experience with LOC-used Human Resources systems such as the OPM Electronic Official Personnel Folder (eOPF) system, EmpowHR, GovTA and/or WebTA, Federal Retirement Calculators such as Federal Human Resources (FHR) Navigator, and request/service systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (eg Word, Outlook, Excel)
