Responsibilities
Develop and execute IT and engineering strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on cybersecurity, infrastructure, and operational excellence
Lead day-to-day technology and engineering operations, including application support, incident management, and problem resolution
Partner with senior leadership and various departments to ensure business and technology alignment, including infrastructure, application development, and engineering practices
Manage large-scale projects, including ERP implementations, system integrations, and technology upgrades, ensuring on-time and budget completion as well as migrating from on-premise applications to Microsoft 365. Exchange server experience also a plus
Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative culture of continuous learning, career growth, and knowledge sharing
Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for technology initiatives and engineering projects, optimizing cost and performance
Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness, service quality, and successful integration of systems and technologies
Lead incident response, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Drive innovation by implementing cutting-edge technologies, contributing to business development by supporting proposals and strategic recommendations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related field
10+ years in IT operations or related areas, with demonstrated success teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Proven success managing budgets, financial planning, and driving ROI through strategic technology implementations
Experience managing third-party vendor relationships, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and service integration
Experience with cloud-based ERP systems, Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
Extensive knowledge of Active Directory and Azure AD
Domain & SSL Certificates
Strong understanding of Web Development and Web integration
Experience working with C#
Experience working with bank PCI integration and framework
Managing vendor contracts & software license purchases & renewals
Backup and disaster recovery solutions
Strong background in LAN/WAN networks including firewalls and switches
VMWare environments
Preferred
Advanced degrees or certifications in Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP are a plus
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate technology into business value
Experience in leading complex projects in a matrixed environment
Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills, with an ability to drive cross-departmental collaboration
