Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable enterprise solutions leveraging Java (Spring Boot), frontend frameworks (React, Angular), and microservices architecture
Lead container migrations from legacy to cloud-native infrastructure using OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes
Implement and optimize real-time data streaming solutions using Apache Kafka
Take ownership of end-to-end architecture, CI/CD pipeline automation, and DevOps integration using tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD
Ensure system performance, security, high availability, and compliance across platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, infrastructure, and operations to deliver high-quality solutions
Mentor and coach development teams on performance tuning, coding standards, observability, and sustainable engineering practices
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and integrate backend systems with frontend applications
Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies using tools like Grafana and ELK Stack to improve operational visibility and reliability
Participate in architectural reviews, technical audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in Fullstack Java development
Deep expertise in designing and delivering scalable enterprise-grade solutions
Hands-on Java development (both backend and frontend)
Experience with containerization
Experience with real-time data streaming
Knowledge of DevOps practices
Experience with Java (Spring Boot)
Experience with frontend frameworks (React, Angular)
Experience with microservices architecture
Experience with OpenShift, Docker, and Kubernetes
Experience with Apache Kafka
Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation
Experience with tools like Jenkins and GitLab CI/CD
