Responsibilities
Lead a team of amazing Physical Therapists as the Clinic Director
Treat patients as well as overseeing the clinicians and support staff
Maintain a full caseload of 10-12 patients per day
Conduct one-hour evaluations for patients
Qualification
Required
Licensed Physical Therapist
Experience in leading a team
Ability to manage a full caseload of 10-12 patients per day
Commitment to integrity, honesty, and compassion in patient care
Preferred
Experience in outpatient physical therapy
Familiarity with mentorship or residency programs
Interest in leadership development and community advocacy
