Develop complex financial models
Prepare variance reports and forecasts
Advise leadership on financial trends
Supports budget strategy development
Prepares presentations for board or stakeholders
Works closely with finance leadership
Qualification
Required
5+ years financial analysis experience
Bachelor's degree in finance or related field
Advanced Excel, modeling, reporting
Analytical thinking, accuracy, and business acumen
Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office
Ability to quickly learn other tools, as necessary
