They are seeking a Doc Auditor who will be responsible for reviewing documents for accuracy, maintaining records, and communicating with relevant parties to ensure a smooth recording process.

Review all documents and recording fees for 100% accuracy

Maintain accurate records and logs

Complete necessary reporting, including QuickBooks software

Communicate with recorders and treasurers

Provide updates to closing department and management to ensure accuracy in process

Working knowledge of state and county recording requirements
