They are seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join their cardiology team, responsible for diagnosing and treating cardiovascular diseases while providing advanced imaging services and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
Evaluate, diagnose and manage patients with wide array of cardiovascular diseases and conditions
Perform and interpret core diagnostic tests including ECGs, echocardiograms, and stress testing
Provide advanced non-invasive imaging services, such as 3D TEE, nuclear cardiology, cardiac CT, and cardiac MRI
Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with chronic and acute cardiovascular issues
Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans based on progress and evolving needs
Provide patient education on heart health, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care
Collaborate closely with internal medicine providers, specialists, and allied health professionals to ensure coordinated care
Maintain thorough and timely patient documentation in the EMR system
Participate in call rotations and provide emergency cardiology care as needed
Stay current with advancements in cardiology through continuing education, research, and peer collaboration
Contribute and advise on possible improvements to the EMR system, actively collaborating with the tech team on future product enhancements
Qualification
Required
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Successful completion of ACGME accredited Internal Medicine residency and fellowship in Cardiovascular Disease
Board certified or board eligible in Cardiovascular Disease
Must have a California medical license or be eligible for full, unrestricted licensure by the time of hire
Demonstrate strong diagnostic and clinical skills
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal abilities
Committed to continuous professional development and delivering patient-centered care
Preferred
Imaging Certification in: NBE – Echocardiography / 3D TEE
CBCCT – Cardiac CT
CBCMR – Cardiac MRI
Advanced Cardiovascular Imaging fellowship training is a plus
Board Certification in Nuclear Cardiology is a plus
