Pathways Internship Position
DOXA is offering a Pathways Internship that provides a solid foundation of knowledge in a practical setting while allowing interns to apply their theoretical skills. Interns will support the team by managing administrative tasks, contributing to active projects, conducting research, and compiling data for reporting.

Responsibilities
Learn and apply understanding of the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of DOXA business
Participate in ongoing projects, offering assistance and contributing ideas to drive success
Conduct research, gather data, and assist in analyzing findings to support decision-making processes
Accepts designated, business-focused tasks to manage, propose ideas and solutions
Engages with peers and clients in a professional manner when applicable to provide service and/or support
Provide suggestions to management for improving performance, efficiency, and internal processes
Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED, and 18+ years of age
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant academic program
Strong desire to learn and develop new skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred
In Junior or Senior year of college graduate program
Participation in a degree program related to role applied for preferred
