Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend solutions
Provide outstanding service in person and over the phone
Demonstrate and explain products, promotions, and features
Process sales using POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately
Keep the store organized, clean, and inviting
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets through upselling and cross-selling
Participate in team meetings and report sales activity and trends
Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and retention
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and people skills
Goal-driven and motivated by commission opportunities
Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
Preferred
Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred (wireless/telecom is a plus)
Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
