Responsibilities
Perform onsite installation of Parking and Revenue Control systems and Access Control equipment alongside other trained technicians
Installation duties include equipment bolt-down, wiring termination, establishing communications to software host, configuration, and testing of new equipment
Provide support for multiple products, offering assistance with both software and hardware components
Offer software and hardware support for clients and fellow field service technicians
Qualification
Required
Perform onsite installation of Parking and Revenue Control systems and Access Control equipment alongside other trained technicians
Installation duties include equipment bolt-down, wiring termination, establishing communications to software host, configuration, and testing of new equipment
Provide support for multiple products, offering assistance with both software and hardware components
Possess knowledge of electronics and mechanical devices
Proficient in PC computer skills, including working with various operating systems and networking
Offer software and hardware support for clients and fellow field service technicians
Electronics technical school training or equivalent is required
Ability to work on proprietary software, hardware communications, programming, and repair
Proficiency in using hand and power tools for installation and maintenance tasks
Must have a clean driving record
Excellent written and oral communication skills, particularly when interacting with customers
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Preferred
Knowledge of SQL Server database maintenance
Familiarity with MS Windows software and operating systems
Understanding of network and communication systems
Possession of MS Network and MS A+ Certifications is advantageous
