Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of Tier 1 Startups (CEO will pass off accounts and help you build a book of business that would take 5 years to build, in a span of 6 months). Need superb account management skills
Source, Screen, Deliver A+ candidates across your clients + collective portfolio. Effectively, your primary job is to turn founders into absolute raving fans
Build a brand for yourself as the "go-to" in your respective field, and when ready, build a "seal team" underneath you to create leverage and build an ultra high performance P&L

Required

Track record as a $1M Agency producer and/or scaling a Tier 1 Startup as a Founding recruiter/Head of Talent (company must have talent density, high volume and intense pace)
Experience building either Engineering or GTM teams for venture-capital backed startups
Mamba Mentality: You have a relentless work ethic, burning desire to be the best, and want to create a legendary career (not just work a job)
