Receive immersive, hands-on training in essential back-of-house operations including food prep, cooking techniques, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness
Qualification
Required
Rising Senior pursuing a four-year undergraduate degree in Culinary Arts, Food Business and Management, Hospitality Management, Restaurant Management or related field
Curious, fast-learning, and resourceful
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced collaborative environment
Self-motivated and hardworking
Extended periods of walking or standing
Must be able to lift/move/carry at least twenty-five pounds
All employees must adhere to Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant work environment
