ATC is a rapidly growing, technology-intensive organization seeking an Intern for Client Services. The role involves contributing to IT service delivery and management, supporting clients, and maintaining IT standards.

Responsibilities

Contribute to the effective delivery and management of IT services for a rapidly growing, technology intensive organization

Serve as the first line of communication between the IT department and clients, both internal and external

Support IT standards and service-level agreements

Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients within the business areas

Procure, deploy and maintain hardware and software

Support the business during emergency response situations

Identify opportunities for improvements to the IT operations model

Required

Associate Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or related discipline

Excellent work ethic, ability to learn quickly and passion for technology

Proven, effective oral/written communication and interpersonal skills required

Proficiency with troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues

Basic networking knowledge including cabling/patching (e.g. DHCP, DNS, IP Addresses, etc.)

Experience with the following Hardware: Desktops, laptops and tablets, Printers / Plotters, Smart Phones and other mobile devices, Video Conferencing and A/V equipment

Experience with the following Software: Microsoft Windows 10/11, M365 (Outlook, Teams, OneNote, Word and Excel), Apple iOS, Adobe Acrobat, Active Directory

Technical understanding of the limitations and potential of person computers, audio / visual equipment and mobile technology to solve business needs

Strong focus on customer service required

Executive, administrative or clerical position in which employee is primarily involved with sedentary work, including keyboarding

Requires occasional lifting objects 10 to 50 pounds and/or light physical activity including bending, squatting, stooping, twisting, reaching, walking, standing and working on irregular surfaces
