Responsibilities
Partner with internal and external project teams to strategize solution enhancements and drive solution implementation strategies
Manage complex client projects in environments with a high degree of variability that require influence to achieve targeted outcomes
Accountable for external client relationship
Act as an escalation point for client and project risks
Design content for solution training collateral
Assist internal and external teams with complex solution configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
Identify risk areas and provide alternate strategies to leadership that address concerns
Obtain requirements, evaluate and determine objectives, goals, and scope of multiple complex projects
Qualification
Required
6 to 10+ years of experience in project management
Must be a US Citizen to support Federal clients
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience managing complex client projects in environments with a high degree of variability
Accountable for external client relationship
Ability to act as an escalation point for client and project risks
Experience designing content for solution training collateral
Ability to assist internal and external teams with complex solution configuration, testing, and troubleshooting
Experience identifying risk areas and providing alternate strategies to leadership
Ability to obtain requirements, evaluate and determine objectives, goals, and scope of multiple complex projects
Willingness to work hours in CST/EST time zones to support current client requirements
