Responsibilities
Serve as the ultimate technical authority on database replication during our most critical and complex sales cycles
Architect and present elegant, robust solutions to solve the toughest data integration challenges for prospective customers
Partner directly with Product and Engineering leadership to act as the voice of the customer, drive the product roadmap, and resolve critical technical escalations
Develop and deliver masterclass-level training, documentation, and best practices to elevate the database expertise of our global Sales and Sales Engineering teams
Spearhead internal specialist groups and drive strategy for key database-related initiatives across the company
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience as a senior Database Administrator (DBA), Database Architect, Backend Engineer, or high-level Consultant
Mastery of diverse database deployment models, from on-premise monoliths to cloud-native, distributed SaaS architectures
Proven experience with native and third-party replication tools
A rare blend of profound technical depth and exceptional communication skills
