Responsibilities

Assist in reviewing and analyzing production workflows to improve efficiency and flow

Help with maintenance projects, which may involve designing, fabricating, and installing equipment at HMA facilities

Collect and analyze data to improve cycle times in load/haul fleets and crusher operations

Write reports based on findings and input data into software programs

Support the Environmental Manager with compliance monitoring, reporting, and environmental permitting

Participate in lab and field testing related to HMA processes to ensure quality standards are met

Assist in mine planning/engineering to ensure efficient extraction of materials from quarries and pits

Required

Must be currently enrolled in a college degree program

Have a valid driver's license

Be willing to work extended hours and travel across the three states

Able to work independently and in a team setting within fast-paced, high-stress environments

Preferred

Experience with ArcGIS and Carlson software is a plus
